Made from pine or Tasmanian Oak timber, these needles are carved, filed and sanded by hand, no more than 1cm wide. As each needle is hand made from natural materials, each is unique. Different types of eye configurations are available, as I know each crafter has their own preferences and yarn-loading style. Each needle has also been coated with a thin layer of beeswax/linseed oil polish.
